When I Was Your Age...

  1. When I was your age I had to hand-write all my essays, first with a pencil and then re-wrote with a pen using both sides of the paper. And this was in Chinese! No fancy applications allowing insert, delete, and definitely no spell checking! No snow here in St. Louis but really cold - sunny in the high 20.

It is cloudy, high 40 here - we had down-pouring rain last night accompanied with strong wind, thunder storm and spectacular lightning electrified the sky! Whew :)

When I was your age I learned how to type in a Royal manual typewriter. In those days you had to have special dexterity to handle ancient devices. I remember the times I got my pinky fingers jammed inside the typewriter - a badge of honor in those days. Ah, the good 'ol days :D
